Once a family and candidate decide to move forward together, a comprehensive background check is completed before the candidate begins the position.

Families employ and pay their household professional directly. We strongly encourage families to follow all applicable household employment and payroll requirements, and we can connect families with trusted household payroll professionals when needed.
