We prioritize getting to know you, your family dynamics, and your parenting style to offer a personalized experience according to your needs. 

Each search is tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. We suggest allocating at least 6-8 weeks for full-time positions and more time for part-time ones. While most families find a suitable candidate quickly, taking extra time ensures that you make a confident decision.

Our vetting process starts with a one-on-one interview with our team. Once we ensure a candidate has met our requirements, we move forward with a rigorous screening that includes but is not limited to an in-depth reference check, online screening, and background check.

Caring Connections does not employ any caregivers. All nannies are employees of the families and will be paid directly by the family. We will, however, send you information on our partner nanny payroll company.
