When you start your search with us, our priority is to get know you, your family dynamics, parenting style while also understanding what you are specifically looking for in a nanny in order to offer you a customized and personal experience.

Because each search is rigorous and personalized to each individual family, we recommend you allow for 4-6 weeks for for full-time positions . When looking for a part-time nanny we recommend an additional 2 weeks. Most clients find the right fit within the first few candidates they meet,but more time may be necessary to ensure you move forward confidently in your hiring decision.

Only candidates who have a minimum of three years of childcare experience can register with our agency. We conduct an extensive interview with all candidates, verify all references, run a background check which includes a statewide criminal record, department of motor vehicle record, and employment history verification. All nannies must be CPR and First Aid certified or must be willing to become certified prior to commencement of employment.

Caring Connections does not employ any caregivers. All nannies are employees of the families and will be paid directly by the family.
