We review relevant credentials and certifications required for the positions you’re considering, such as CPR and First Aid, driving requirements, or other role specific qualifications.
Once you’ve completed our screening process, we’ll introduce you to families and opportunities that align with your experience, preferences, and goals. We’re thoughtful about each introduction because the right fit matters on both sides.

Paid Trial
When appropriate, a paid trial gives both you and the family an opportunity to experience working together before making a final commitment. It’s a chance to get comfortable with the role, ask questions, and make sure the fit feels right on both sides.
Once an offer is accepted, Caring Connections completes a comprehensive background check before the position begins.
