Candidate IntroductionsWeβll introduce you to carefully screened candidates who align with your position, needs, and preferences. Our team coordinates interviews and guides you through the process as you get to know each candidate.
Step 5
Paid TrialOnce youβve found a promising candidate, we recommend a paid trial so both you and the candidate can experience working together before making a final decision. Trials typically range from one to five days.
Step 6
Offer & HireWhen youβre ready to hire, youβll extend a formal offer outlining the agreed upon schedule, compensation, benefits, and other terms. Once the offer is accepted, weβll move forward with the final steps, including the background check, before the candidate begins.
