The Placement Process

How does it work?

Step 1

Family Application

This first step provides us with the basic information about your family’s needs, including location, household members, and schedule.

Step 2

Phone Consultation

Next, we get to know and understand your needs and requirements in detail to best match you with our qualified candidates. Understanding your family’s dynamics and parenting style is imperative for making the right match.

Step 3

Placement Agreement

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive our placement agreement and pay the engagement fee to get started.

Step 4

Candidate Introductions

We start by sending you pre-screened candidates that match your requirements and qualifications. Once you agree to meet a candidate, we coordinate a meeting date/time that works for both parties.

Step 5

Trial Period

We encourage paid trial runs between candidates and families to ensure everyone feels confident moving into a working relationship.Typically trials run from one day up to a week.

Step 6

Ready to hire!

At this point, you extend a formal offer of employment and once all parties accept the terms, the family may present a nanny/family work agreement reflecting the terms discussed. Once signed, you are all set!

Step 7

On-going Support

Our assistance doesn’t end when you hire, we provide support for as long as the nanny is employed. Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!
